All of these support options come as standard, and our aim is to provide a good level of service so that you can feel confident in not only our design services, but also with our backup and maintainence support too.

At Just Check we don't believe in the word "finish" as this usually would mean that somehow, someone has failed, and with that in mind, our support systems are designed to make you aware of how, and where, you can find the help you need..

The foundation of Just Check Web Design apart from being able to create great looking websites, and provide hosting solutions, is to be able to offer decent support as and when it may be needed. We do our best to respond to your requests for help and support as quickly as possible, and below are the ways in which you can request support

Open a Support Ticket
If you are an existing client you can open a support ticket and we aim to respond within 12 hours.

Whilst we love working, there are many important things to get done during every day also. Therefore, our office opening times are as follows:
Monday to Thursday - 09.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs.
Friday - 09.00 hrs to 13.00 hrs.
Saturday / Sunday - closed for business.
Of course, there may be times when we need to get projects finished off, but generally speaking, these are the times when we are available to work on any of our client projects in the UK.
