Solution Welcome to our support area
For those of you who are registering with us for the first time, or for existing users, we would like to explain (hopefully) how the client area works, and what all the links mean and where they can take you.

Firstly, if you are on this page, it means that you are in the Just Check Client Area which handles:

Billing
Registrations
Hosting purchases
Support tickets
Ordering
Knowledge Base

At the top of the page (in red) are the main links to other parts of the Just Check Community -

Client Area - this is where you are now.
DNP Control - depending on how we have set up your hosting with us, you may have access to the Dot Net Control Panel, which allows you to upload files, modify your own site pages, create email accounts, and much more. Not all clients will have been given this option, and unless you have been informed otherwise, you cannot simply just register on that panel.
Web Design - this link will take you to our Just Check Web Design Services website.
Hosting - this link will take you to our Web Hosting Free website.
Forums - this link will take you to the Just Check Forums, which are support based, but if you require dedicated support, you should submit a Support Ticket.
FAQ's - brings you to the knowledgebase articles that we will be creating over time.
Contact - will take you to our Just Check contact page if you would like to ask something or make a general enquiry about our services.

The red links (apart from Client Area and FAQ's) will open in a new window, allowing you still access to the client area, but at the same time, allowing to view the other pages.
