| What kind of software are you familiar with? |
| Microsoft is the software environment that we are most comfortable with. From Windows 95 right up to the present Windows Vista operating software. We can install most different types of program software, and understand how to setup systems so that they operate at peek performance, and make sure you don't end up with unnecessary desktop clutter |
| Is this only available locally? |
| Yes - the service for software installations and re-installations is only available within our local area. The areas covered are Clanfield, Horndean, Cowplain, Waterlooville and Purbrook. Unfortunately if you live outside one of those areas, perhaps you should check to see if a company has advertised in an area more local to you |
| Do you come to my home to fix the computer? |
| We can arrange to have your computer collected (at any additional charge) or better still, we will arrange with you a time to drop it off to us. The reason for this is that we can access the internet and have all our tools to hand that we may need to get your system up and running |
| What things would you need from me? |
| We would need any software discs, driver discs and manuals that relate to your system. And of course the system itself would be a good idea |
| How much does this service cost? |
| Depending on what we need to do, but a straight-forward installation of operating software and drivers, programs and updates starts from £39.99 |
